Cameroon has just strengthened the fight against corruption by forging partnerships with community radio stations.

The National Anti-Corruption Commission of Cameroon (CONAC) on Thursday signed a partnership agreement with 22 community radio stations for the production and broadcasting in national languages of messages to raise awareness about the fight against corruption. The signing ceremony chaired by Dieudonné Massi Gams, President of CONAC, took place at the Yaoundé Convention Center in the presence of representatives of beneficiary community radio stations and local authorities

This agreement will allow community radios to benefit from technical and financial support from CONAC for the production and distribution of awareness-raising messages in national languages.
