Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) announced that it has been awarded a multiclient 3D seismic data acquisition contract covering an offshore area in Africa. The information was made public on Thursday, August 24, 2023.

Petroleum Geo-Services is the provider of geophysical services for the oil and gas industry. The company said that work under the contract announced on Thursday should begin in the 4th quarter and last between 4 and 5 months.
