Lors de sa dernière ronde de financement dirigée par les investisseurs IndiaQuotient and SIDBI Ventures, the startup Agritech Fyllo announced on Thursday that it had raised 4 million dollars.

Startup Agritech Fyllo said it would deploy the funds to develop more precision agricultural products and expand into new geographic areas. Titan Capital, 100X.VC, Ninjacart, Venture Catalysts, Singularity Ventures, and StarAgri are other existing investors in the company. The company allows farmers to obtain better yield and better quality thanks to its IoT product that measures the precise needs of plants in real time. Fyllo said that over 8,000 farmers used his services on more than 50,000 acres, consistently receiving 25 percent more yield, as well as 80 percent more exportable produce and 30 percent more revenue

Sahil Makkar of IndiaQuotient reported that “the Indian agricultural sector has long been grappling with the uncertainties associated with erratic weather and crop wastage, making it difficult for farmers to meet global standards for productivity, efficiency, and production quality.”
