Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE was re-elected for a second term on the Nasdaq Exchange Review Council (ERC) until 2027, after being first appointed in 2021 by the Board of Directors for a term of three years. The ERC is a specialized committee responsible for ensuring the consistent and equitable application of market rules and the discipline of members and member organizations on Nasdaq exchanges

According to a press release from this stock exchange, Dr. Edoh Kossi Amenounve, has been renewed for another term of three years on the Nasdaq Board of Directors, in particular within the Exchange Review Council (ERC), a specialized committee responsible for ensuring the consistent and equitable application of market rules related to discipline of members and member organizations of the Nasdaq stock exchanges

The first African and the only non-American to sit on a Nasdaq instance at this level since its creation in 1971, Mr. Amenounve was also appointed, at the meeting of May 22, 2024, as a member of the subcommittee responsible for, among other things, deciding on letters of acceptance, renunciation, consent and minor violations of the rules of Nasdaq, of serve as an appellate body for disciplinary actions appealed by FINRA hearing panels and to rule on cases submitted by the membership department
