The 59th edition of the Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank (AfDB) ended on Friday, May 31, 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya. The next edition, which will be held in 2025, will bring together members in Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan

Lors de la cérémonie de clôture des Assemblées annuelles de la African Development Bank (Bad), it is noted that with the favorable opinion of the Board of Governors, Côte d'Ivoire, which hosts the statutory seat of the ADB Group, is elected to host the 2025 Annual Meetings. The 60th edition will bring together Bank Governors, Ministers of Finance and Economic Planning from member countries, as well as Heads of State, representatives of international organizations, business leaders and development experts. The meeting in Abidjan will be marked by the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Bank and the election of the new president who will succeed Akinwumi Adesina at the head of the ADB
