At the 2024 Annual General Meeting in BAD Nairobi, Kenya , the African Development Bank (BAD ) and Ghana, have signed an Indicative Programme of Operations that includes a grant of 103 million dollars to support various strategic sectors between 2024 and 2025.

The agreement between Ghana and the AfDB aims to finance key projects in small and medium-sized enterprises, agriculture, skills development, and digitalization. The program also includes the signing of a five-year national strategy document for 2024-2029, which defines priority sectors and projects to be supported by the bank.
