Le PCCET vise l' atteinte de son indicateur en faveur de access to finance for startups and young SMEs . This agreement between the PCCET and the SGPME should allow the full implementation of the GPP. It represents an important opportunity for the development of the Ivorian private sector. The SGPME is the manager of the Partial Portfolio Guarantee (GPP), a facility to guarantee a portfolio of new loans granted by partner financial institutions to eligible borrowers. The PCCET is implemented by a Coordination Unit attached to the Office of the Prime Minister. It is part of the 2021-25 government program “Côte d'Ivoire Solidary” and the “Côte d'Ivoire 2030” Strategic Plan , "serif">.
