The Director General of Fececam-Benin presented the report on the activities of the 2023 financial year at the Fececam-Benin meetings. He informed that the members of the umbrella group increased from 1,285,968 in 2022 to 1,336,469 in 2023, an increase of 3.93%. As for the volume of share capital, it increased from 11,079,456,500 francs in 2022 to 11,944,113,000 francs in 2023, i.e. a realization rate of 7.8%. The volume of deposits increased from 72,110,368,919 francs for the year 2022 to 67,352,140,539 francs for the year 2023, i.e. an achievement of — 6.6%. According to the director, this decrease is due to the shift of accounts from decentralized structures of the State to the public treasury and the economic situation. As for the volume of credit, it increased from 79,717,854,757 francs in 2022 to 87,183,007,740 francs in 2023, i.e. a completion rate of 9.36%. Fececam-Benin's own funds increased from a total of 37,191,129,901 in 2022 to 40,296,776,363, i.e. a realization rate of 8.35%.
