G7 leaders want to realize the economic potential and transformation of the continent. The meeting reviewed the achievements of the G7 Global Infrastructure and Investment Partnership and the implementation of commitments made since its launch in 2022. A coalition of American investors has highlighted and re-committed billions of dollars in private investments in large-scale infrastructure in emerging markets, aligned with PGII priorities, in support of the goal of the G7 Global Infrastructure Partnership and the investment to mobilize $600 billion in infrastructure investments in emerging economies.
