The Minister, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Sandra Ablamba Johnson launched the 2023-2024 Human Development Report (HDR) on Tuesday 18 June in Lomé, the Human Development Report (HDR) 2023-2024, on behalf of the Head of State.
