“Political Cultures in Africa: Activism, Citizenship and Citizenship Facing the Challenges of Democratic Consolidation” is the theme of the International Symposium scheduled for tomorrow. It is an initiative of the National Assembly through the Parliamentary Institute of Benin (iPAB) in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), the Institute for Democratic Governance (IGD) and the University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC).
On the agenda of these meetings in Cotonou, communications are planned on several areas, namely: citizenship and incivility; participatory citizenship; political culture and democratic culture; Parliament and democratic consolidation; political and social activism.
