A remarkable performance was recorded during the fiscal year ended in December 2023 at African Trade and Investment Development Insurance (Atidi).

Atidi's performance is supported by increased adoption of the insurer's political risk and credit products on the continent. In a press release, it is stated that “the results, which were validated during the company's ^24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Livingstone, Zambia, last week, saw the company's net profit for the year increase by 204% to reach 69.1 million USD, compared to 22.7 million USD recorded in 2022. Insurance turnover also increased by 14% to reach 155.7 million USD, compared to 136.3 million USD in 2022”. This press release also indicates that total assets increased by 27% to reach 837.1 million USD, compared to 657.4 million USD in 2022. Equity also increased by 25% to reach 699.3 million USD in 2023
