Air Côte d'Ivoire wants to raise 104 billion FCFA to finalize the payment for an order for 2 Airbus A330-900neo aircraft currently being executed by the European aircraft manufacturer.

Air Côte d'Ivoire sought the help of local/international banks and financial institutions. This plant will have a maturity of 10 years, according to the company. The expected aircraft will be configured in 4 cabins with 240 seats planned. The first delivery should arrive in Abidjan in the 4th quarter of 2024 and the second in the 1st quarter of 2025. The purchase contract was signed in October 2022 in order to strengthen the carrier's fleet, which plans to launch long-haul flights outside the African continent
