Four financing agreements worth a total of over 600 million euros (approximately over 6.45 billion dirhams) were signed yesterday. These agreements concern the financing of several programs and projects. This is the transformation support program for a digital, entrepreneurial and inclusive Moroccan university (120 million euros, or about 1.28 billion MAD), the program focused on results for the improvement of territorial competitiveness in Morocco (200.31 million euros, about 2.143 billion MAD), the program to support the inclusive and sustainable development of forest areas (84 million euros, or nearly 898 million dirhams) and the highway project Guercif — Nador ( €200 million, around MAD 2.14 billion).
