On the occasion of an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) to be held on August 16, 2024 at the bank's headquarters in Dakar, the BOA Senegal will increase by 12 billion FCFA by incorporating the deferral of its share capital again.

The Extraordinary General Meeting decided to increase the share capital by a current amount of 24 billion CFA francs according to a resolution that will be proposed to the shareholders by the Board of Directors. The AGE thus increases its share capital to 36 billion FCFA by incorporating into said capital part of the deferral again for an amount of 12 billion FCFA and this by the issuance of 12 million new shares with a nominal value of 1,000 FCFA each, allocated free of charge to shareholders at the rate of one new share for two old shares. The capital increase will take place as soon as all regulatory approvals have been obtained
