The American rating agency Moody's downgraded its score from Caa1 to Caa2 with a stable

After lowering the outlook for Gabon's credit rating from stable to negative in September 2023, the American credit rating agency has just lowered its rating from Caa1 to Caa2 with a stable outlook.
