The public offering for sale (OPV) of 7,000,000 shares in the capital of LNB SA and the initial public offering are scheduled from 07 to 25 October 2024. The initiative aims to mobilize debt-free resources for the State; improve the governance of the LNB; and increase the reputation of the company among the general public.
