On Tuesday, October 2, the ^33rd meeting of the Board of Governors of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) opened in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire).

“Establishing the main political and strategic directions of the organization” is the main objective of the ACBF meetings. The Foundation will take the opportunity to launch the African Academy for Capacity Building, the learning and knowledge-sharing community for African officials and professionals. This Academy will equip African civil servants to serve citizens by helping governments “develop a culture and practice of government excellence and to transform public policies and their implementation on the continent.”
