Le BDT 20 years lost almost 5 PBS and stood at 3.78%, a level not seen since the upward shock that the primary bond curve experienced in January 2023. According to analysts, this easing in Rates is mainly due to the cash surplus situation of the State treasury combined with an increased orientation of investors towards BDT and mainly towards MLT maturities
