The government aims through this fundraiser to ensure that the financing needs of the budget are covered. The the issuer had auctioned 30 billion FCFA and was offered tenders of 39.164 billion FCFA. This corresponds to a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 130.55%. The amount of tenders accepted is 33 billion FCFA and that rejected at 6.164 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 84.26%.
The vouchers will be refunded on the first business day following the due date of December 10, 2025. Interest will be paid in advance and deducted from the nominal value of these vouchers
