Fidelity Bank staff established the Bank Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) in order to fulfill their commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Teams from various branches and departments have engaged in impactful projects through the program and have touched the lives of approximately 1,809 beneficiaries in Ghana. According to a press release published by the Ghanaian News Agency in Accra, “From donations to health screenings to support for orphanages, Fidelity Bank employees have devoted... é their time and resources to ensure that the holiday season is filled with care, support, and hope.” The awareness-raising action reached 600 beneficiaries, offering health services to those who needed them most. In collaboration with the Give Me Hope Foundation, staff at the Bank's head office supported Smile of Hope awareness-raising in Asamankese, by conducting medical exams and donating various essential products. Likewise, teams, especially those in Tamale and Techiman, have shown generosity by supporting orphanages and helping pay hospital bills for newborns in need at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Techiman Hospital, benefiting 130
