HUNAN ROAD & BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION GROUP by the company INTER GENERIC TOGO SARL for having reproduced molds that were sold to it in 2022. These are patented molds used to manufacture interlocking pavers. The company asks to order HUNAN ROAD & BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION GROUP COMPANY COMPANY LIMITED BENIN SARL to pay him the sum of three hundred million (300,000,000) FCFA in damages and to prohibit him from reproducing, publishing, publishing, using and distributing the molds. According to the Tribunal, the INTER GENERIC TOGO SARL actions for patent infringement are well-founded.
