The State wants to meet the financing needs of its budget. The issuer has put 30 billion CFA francs up for auction. Investors offered him global bids of 30.804 billion FCFA, mainly positioned on vouchers. This corresponds to a coverage rate of 102.68% for the amount put up for auction.

All submissions were accepted by the issuer. This gives an absorption rate of 100%. Investors whose bids were selected will end up with a weighted average return of 10.54%.
The Niger Public Treasury intends to repay the bills on the first working day following the due date set on March 26, 2026. Interest will be paid in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the vouchers
