La direction générale de The Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM) has announced that the Bank Of Africa (BOA) Burkina Faso will pay a global annual dividend of 18.832 billion FCFA on April 22, 2025, for the financial year 2024. The net dividend per share is thus at 428 FCFA

The management of BOA Burkina Faso has not yet released the bank's 2024 financial statements. It prefers to give shareholders priority at the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) on 17 March 2025. According to the resolution of the Board of Directors, the financial year 2024 resulted in a net profit of 22.419 billion FCFA after depreciation of 1.803 billion FCFA, a provision of provisions of 5.630 billion FCFA and a profit tax of 3.324 billion FCFA. Officials of the BRVM, the BOA Burkina Faso stock will trade ex-dividend from Thursday, April 17, 2025. Investors who wish to acquire BOA Burkina Faso shares therefore have until Wednesday, April 16, 2025 to do so. After this period, BRVM officials will cancel all pending stock exchange orders in the trading system
