Movis Côte d'Ivoire will voluntarily delist its shares from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) through a public takeover offer (OPR) that will take place from April 21 to May 21, 2025.

Les actionnaires de Since May 2024, Movis CI has considered voluntarily delisting the company's shares from the BRVM listing through a takedown offer. They finally approved it. The OPR is initiated by Movis International, the majority shareholder of Movis CI. It concerns 111 shares representing the company's free float at the BRVM. The price offered to shareholders is 40,000 CFA francs per share. Regardless of the result, Movis CI shares will be delisted at the end of the transaction. An information note published on Monday, April 7, indicates that the company is facing a deterioration in the business sector that has affected its productivity, debt collection problems, caused by defaulting or inactive customers, and an increase in operating expenses without revenue growth. These elements have led to cumulative losses of more than 12 billion CFA francs ($19.9 million) over the last three

years.

With the release of Movis CI from the stock market, Africa Global Logistics will become the only company represented in the BRVM Transport sector index.
