Le mardi 15 avril dernier, un tribunal péruvien a condamné l' ancien President Ollanta Humala and his wife, Nadine Heredia, to fifteen years in prison for laundering funds received from various South American actors Americans to finance their 2006 and 2011 campaigns

Ollenta Humala and Nadine Heredia would have received several million Peruvian soles in illegal contributions to finance these campaigns, according to the judges of the National Court of Peru. They indicate that the illicit money came from the Brazilian construction company Odebrecht and from the government of the then Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez (1999-2013). This verdict makes Ollenta Humala the fourth Peruvian president involved in the Odebrecht case, which concerns several
