Against the background of a pause in trading activity, gold prices remained stable on Thursday, after a historic fall the day before.

Domestic gold prices remained unchanged as the international market showed some stability during the session. The Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association Sarafa reported that the precious metal was traded at 352,000 rupees per tola and 301,783 rupees per 10 grams. On the international market, the price of gold remained stable at $3,338 per ounce, despite a pause in global trade. The global silver price was also unchanged at $33 per ounce

According to the Association, silver prices globally have also shown no momentum, holding steady at 3,457 rupees per tola and 2,930 rupees per 10 grams.
