The managers of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) where Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire is listed have announced that the banking institution will pay a gross annual dividend of 44,260 billion FCFA on 30 May 2025, on 30 May 2025.

The gross dividend per share is 804 FCFA. BRVM officials estimate that this gross dividend will be subject to a tax on income from securities (IRVM) of 12% for natural persons, i.e. a net dividend per share of 707.52 FCFA and 10% for legal entities, i.e. a net dividend per share of 723.6 FCFA. According to the managers of the BRVM, the Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire stock will trade ex-dividend from Tuesday, May 27, 2025, with the closing date of the records being set for Friday, May 30, 2025. Investors who wish to acquire Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire shares or strengthen their securities portfolio have until Monday, May 26, 2025 to do so. After this period, BRVM officials will cancel all pending stock exchange orders in the trading system

At the end of the BRVM trading session on Friday, May 16, 2025, the Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire stock was listed at 11,060 FCFA. During this session, 513 shares were negotiated for a total value of 5,580,425 FCFA
