The market capitalization of the shares market of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a decrease of 28.737 billion FCFA, at the end of the trading session on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

The market capitalization of the equity market increased from 11,696.476 billion FCFA the day before to 11,667,739 billion FCFA on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The BRVM Composite index at 302.57 points against 303.31 points the day before. The BRVM 30 index is also down by 0.42% to 151.51 points against 152.15 points previously. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index fell 0.45% to 125.62 points against 126.19 points on Wednesday May 21, 2025.

The Flop 5 of the largest price drops is occupied respectively by Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire shares (minus 7.23% at 1,090 FCFA), Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.41% at 1,300 FCFA), Sonatel Senegal (minus 2.89% at 25,200 FCFA), SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.50% at 585 FCFA) and International Bank for Industry and Commerce of Benin (minus 2.89% at 25,200 FCFA), and International Bank for Industry and Commerce of Benin (minus 2.89% at 25,200 FCFA) 1.97% to 5 225 FCFA).
