United Airlines continues its international expansion in summer 2025 with new destinations and services by offering its customers more travel options and strengthening its global connectivity.

For the summer of 2025, United Airlines will launch operations in Senegal and introduce new routes in France and Italy. In fact, on May 22, the airline launched the Washington-Nice route with four weekly flights, in addition to its daily service from Newark. Thanks to this addition, the airline is increasing its capacity between the United States and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport by 30%. According to Franck Goldnadel, Chairman of the Management Board of Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, “this reflects the growing attractiveness of our region among Americans, who are visiting the Côte d'Azur in greater numbers every year, and meets our commitment to better connect our territory to major cities around the world”.

United is also strengthening its presence in Italy this summer. On May 22, it inaugurated a daily direct flight between Washington and Venice, currently the only nonstop connection between the two cities. The Newark—Venice seasonal service has been brought forward by three weeks from the planned schedule and will now run until December 18, seven weeks after the end of the high

season.

Likewise, on May 23, United launched direct flights between Washington Dulles and Dakar, with three weekly frequencies. With this new route, the airline enters the West African market, thus strengthening its tourist and commercial relationships. Currently, United operates over 250 daily flights from Washington Dulles to over 115 destinations in the United States and around the world. This platform plays an essential role in providing direct access to the American capital, with flights to 21 world capitals and 30 countries by 2025
