At the end of an issue of 3-year Treasury bonds (OAT), organized on May 30, 2025 via UMOA-Titres, the Public Treasury of the State of Senegal raised 66.08 billion FCFA.

The initial objective was to mobilize 65 billion FCFA, but Dakar received total submissions reaching 84.77 billion FCFA. The operation recorded a coverage rate of 130%, reflecting strong demand

Ivorian investors played a key role in this success by contributing 41.96 billion CFA francs, or 63.49% of the total envelope, thus illustrating the growing economic ties between Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.

The announced interest rate was 6.30%, for a weighted average return of 7.72%. Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal were the main subscribers, with 41.96 billion and 24.09 billion FCFA respectively
