From 9 to 13 June 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Conac) will take up residence at the headquarters of the Adamaoua Regional Council in Ngaoundéré in Cameroon.

CONAC was created by the Head of State on 11 March 2006 as part of the fight against corruption and the embezzlement of public funds. Its mission is part of the aim of bringing CONAC closer to citizens and intensifying the fight against the embezzlement of public funds. During the period covered by the mission, the operational services of Conac relocated to the regional capital of Adamaoua will receive, instruct and cross-check the denunciations of corrupt practices. People can thus take the opportunity to inform the institution about the corrupt practices of which they are often victims or witnesses. They can do so through the toll-free numbers 1517 or WhatsApp 658 26 26. Written denunciations are also admissible at the anti-corruption clinic which will be set up in the conference room of the Adamaoua Regional Council. The objective of the operation is to eradicate corruption in all sectors of Cameroonian society
