The Council of Ministers held on 8 August last took note, at its meeting, of Mauritius's continued participation in the work of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and the Eastern and Southern Africa Anti-Money Laundering Group (ESAAMLG). The country's government has reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the necessary reforms in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
