The Indian rupee fell on Wednesday as corporate hedging and short-term speculators supported demand for the greenback, much of which was met by dollar sales from foreign banks. The rupee settled at 87.0650 per US dollar from 86.9500 at the close on Tuesday, when it recorded its biggest rise in more than a month, boosted by speculation about peace talks between Russia and Ukraine
