The management of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) announced that the first listing of the bond exchange entitled “Social Bond CRRH-UEMOA 6% 2025-2040” in the amount of 60 billion FCFA” will take place on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

The Board of Directors of CRRH-UEMOA agreed to the issuance of bonds by public offering on the regional financial market of the UEMOA in the amount of 60 billion FCFA. This program should contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely SDG1 on the eradication of extreme poverty, SDG 10 on reducing inequalities and SDG 11 on sustainable cities and communities

The trading session for this loan, admitted to the BRVM bond compartment, aims to promote the trading of securities on the regional financial market. It will also boost the market capitalization of the bond market

At the end of the trading session on August 18, 2025, this capitalization stood at 10,469.523 billion FCFA against 10,497.762 billion FCFA on Thursday, August 14, 2025, against 10,497.762 billion FCFA on Thursday, August 14, 2025, or a decrease of 6.058 billion.

To note the CRRH-UEMOA is the result of the cooperation initiated since 2005 between the BCEAO, the BOAD and the UMOA Financial Markets Authority (AMF-UMOA) for the establishment of a mortgage market in the WAEMU countries.
