The opening of the 21st ordinary session of the sub-regional bank took place on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 via videoconference. The event was attended by the Minister of Planning and Development, Nialé Kaba, who chaired the Board of Governors of the ECOWAS Investment and Development Bank (ECOWAS).
