This project will serve to improve food self-sufficiency, by ensuring the supply of soft wheat, barley and fertilizer. It makes it possible to strengthen the resilience of the cereal sector to external shocks and climate change. It will also improve the production of these products and basic fodder in milk production, as well as the development of the cereal sector and its digitization, while strengthening institutional capacities in this sector.
