L The Shareholders of Société Générale des Assurances (GA) are called to an Ordinary General Meeting which will take place on Monday, May 29, 2023, starting at 16:00 at the Siè ; age of the company.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Générale des Assurances (GA) announced that the general meeting will focus on the following items on the agenda. These include the examination and adoption of the draft agenda, the examination of the report of the Board of Directors to the Ordinary General Meeting on the accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2022; the examination of the General and Special Reports of the External Auditor on the accounts for the financial year 2022; the vote on resolutions; the consideration of other matters.
