Lors du conseil des ministres tenue le vendredi 10 février à Kinshasa, le Head of State Félix Tshisekedi called for the strengthening of mandatory insurance controls in the DRC.

Félix Tshisekedi instructed the Minister of Finance and the Insurance Regulatory and Supervision Authority to strengthen controls. Indeed, they will have to intensify the program to combat insurance premium evasion and report to the Head of State on the behavior of ministers and their subcontractors regarding compliance with the insurance code.

Furthermore, the President of the Republic relinquished his participation in the Indaba mining conference, held from 6 to 9 February in Cape Town (RSA) during the Councils of Ministers. A four-day mining forum that focused on the theme: “Liberalizing the future of mining investment in Africa: stability, security and supply”.
