The Ministry of Communication Technologies launched a tender worth 41 MDT on August 5, 2022. Following the applications, three companies were able to win this contract.

The digital services and solutions company, Inetum Tunisia, the European consulting firm BearingPoint and the Tunisian digital infrastructure company 3S (Standard Sharing Software) are the three companies that won the offer. (According to the economic services of the French Embassy in Tunisia, the offer contract was financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

This financing aims to acquire and implement an integrated IT management solution for the Tunisian Post Office. The offer consists of four lots. These are ERP, postal business, customer relationship management and Business Intelligence.
