The International Bank for Trade and Industry of Gabon (Bicig) recorded a net profit of more than 20 billion FCFA at the end of the 2022 financial year. This result represents an increase of 33% compared to the previous year.

Bicig continues to perform well. In 2021, the subsidiary of the Ivorian Atlantic Financial Group (54.04% of shares) had already recorded an increase of 3.7 billion FCFA (15.2 billion FCFA in 2021) compared to the previous year. Meeting at a general meeting on Monday 22 May in Libreville, its shareholders and the general management claim a record of more than 20 billion FCFA in 2022.
