The Former municipal councillor and unsuccessful candidate for the election of a municipality in Chablais in 2016 is accused of embezzling tens of thousands of francs.

The former city councillor would have secretly taken advantage of his double position as vice-president of the Catholic Parish Buildings Foundation from 2016 to 2018 (FCPC) and the Roman Catholic Ecclesiastical Federation of the Canton of Vaud (FEDEC) to embezzle tens of thousands of francs by promoting, against retrocommissions, the adjudication transformation of a building on Boulevard de Grancy. In order to carry out his plan, agreed with one of the co-defendants in question, the former number 2 of the Waldensian Catholic Church intends to ask small employers willing to enter into this corrupt system to pay part of the amount adjudication , which they would have divided among themselves to the detriment of the FCPC.

He is also accused of having used his influence within an internal construction commission (Comco) set up by the FCPC to manage tenders and works, excluding the other members and the architect from the negotiation sessions and financial tenders.
