Under the patronage of His Excellency Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, a high-level forum is planned to be jointly organized by the Islamic Center for Trade Development (ICDC), a specialized body of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) ( OCI) and the Mauritania Investment Promotion Agency (APIM), on 15 and 16 March at the Nouakchott Convention Center.

The meeting scheduled for March will promote investment opportunities in Mauritania. It will be an opportunity to strengthen economic relations between Mauritania and the 56 other member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). These initiatives are part of the new dynamic of the CIDC, which consists in offering the opportunity to OIC member States to increase their attractiveness in foreign direct investment flows to meet development challenges.
