The projects aim to correct regional disparities between the economic capital Abidjan and other regions. Indeed, the first memorandum of understanding provides for the construction of an industrial park in Bouaké on an area of 1,000 hectares, for an investment of 360 billion FCFA. This agreement is signed with the CRBC. The second financing agreement was signed with the Ivorian construction group PFO Africa. It concerns the financing, development, construction, management, operation and maintenance of a 250-hectare plot in the Yamoussoukro industrial zone.
