In a press release, NSIA Banque announced that it had sold its real estate complex located in Abidjan, commune of Plateau, on Avenue Lamblin. This real estate complex is known under the name “Résidence La Tour”.

“Résidence La Tour”, an office building, consisting of 236 lots, which formerly housed part of the activities and offices of the Banque officially changed ownership on December 30, 2022. It was sold to the State of Côte d'Ivoire through the National Society for the Management of State Real Estate Assets (SONAPIE ). According to the press release published by NSIA Bank, this sale, whose price was fixed at 11 billion 45 million FCFA, was completed thanks to a loan of 11 billion 280 million FCFA granted by Style”, "Serif"">NSIA Banque to the State of Côte d'Ivoire for a period of 10 years.
