For acts of internet fraud, a man of nationality is prosecuted before the Criminal Court of Albi (France).

Police officers from the Albi police station (France) caught a Beninese man after a year and a half of investigation. Aged 39, the young man is accused of defrauding several people on the internet. He is in fact the author of false ads selling various objects. According to the information, he made money transfers from France to Benin. Since 2012, the estimated amount of money transfers has reached 52 million FCFA. The Albi Criminal Court will deliver its verdict on November 16, 2023.
