La Banque Islamique de Guinea (BIG) opened its agency in Siguiri on Saturday, February 25, 2023. She also donated a borehole to the population.

The BIG prefectural agency is housed in a brand new building divided into offices and cash desks. It consists of a sorting room, an archive room, a computer room, a customer area, an ATM, a refectory and a security cellar. The new BIG headquarters are located precisely in the Kouradakoro 2 district, in the urban commune.

According to Moussa Oriya Kéita, the president of the special delegation of the urban municipality of Siguiri, the establishment of the Islamic Bank of Guinea in Siguiri is an opportunity worth seizing for operators Economies of the place. For his part, the Director General of the BIG believes that “the opening of the branch of the Islamic Bank of Guinea in Siguiri will be a plus in the range of products and services offered to customers. The city council is ready to assist you. Because beyond the commercial interest of the institution, it will create the conditions for development to raise our prefecture to the highest level.”
