Dubai-based renewable energy project developer AMEA Power announced on July 4 the signing of a joint development agreement with Powerchina to co-develop renewable energy projects in Tunisia.

The agreement was signed during a visit by the AMEA Power management team led by President Hussain AlNowis to Beijing. AMEA Power is currently developing a 100 MW solar photovoltaic power plant jointly with TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis in Metbassta, Kairouan Governorate, Tunisia
