The commercial bank of Congo “Equity bank BCDC” has granted six (6) billion US dollars to Africa and more specifically to the Democratic Republic of Congo to help develop the agricultural sector and boost the Congolese entrepreneurship.

The managing director of commercial projects at Equity Bank BCDC, Paty Paterne Mushagalus, announced that his team is determined to make a difference in the world. “We no longer want this country to be able to depend only on subsoil. It is also up to the ground to take its revenge through the various programs that Equity BCDC has set up in the agricultural sector,” he announced. According to him, the bank has made available to Africa for its development and a part is reserved for the DRC to help young entrepreneurs get ahead.”

According to Paty Paterne Mushagalus, Equity Bank BCDC has implemented several programs in the fields of education, health, the environment, entrepreneurship, agriculture and social balance to support young students but also young businesses to evolve and develop the country's economy. Its objective is to create 10 million jobs by financially supporting 2 million projects.
