An exchange forum opened in San Pedro on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. At the origin of the discussions, was the problem of financing the city's development. The discussions took place in the presence of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Urbanism, Gba Téan.

The exchange platform qualified as a Business Forum, which focuses on “financing local development by banks and financial institutions”, is part of the program of the 5th edition of the Saint Festival San Pedro stone. Anoblé Félix, Mayor of the city believes that through this forum, the aim is to present the municipality's difficulties related to the lack of state resources to finance the city's development in front of people who can contribute to solving them.

Discussions focused on the Mayor's San Pedro New Town Project, the role of financial institutions in development, the analysis of development financing mechanisms, and development opportunities in the area tourism and investment in real estate transactions.
